Here is a list of questions you may have while browsing or purchasing from our shop.

Where is the shop based?

The shop is based in Exeter in the UK. All of our orders are fulfilled and delivered from the UK.

What shipping method do you use to post orders?

All orders are posted from the UK using Royal Mail. The shop offers you the choice of shipping to make sure you are not forced to pay for expensive shipping overseas. However, I strongly suggest that if you’re an overseas customer to go for the tracked option for peace of mind in case it does go missing in the post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I will aim to ship out orders within two days of having received them. For orders within the UK, you should be receiving your package within the week. Because of the delays caused by covid, international orders are taking upwards of 5-6 weeks to be delivered.

Will you be adding more products to your shop?

Yes! Depending on the success of our launch, we’ll be producing more pins with Spoopy and more of the gang. We’re also looking to add prints, stickers and buttons to our shop. If you’re interested in any specific kind of product with Spoopy, write to us!

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If for whatever reason you would like to return your items, please let us know by writing to us using our contact form here. Include your order number and mention which item(s) you would like to return and we will get back to you with the following steps. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
